Judith A. Leibowitz

Founder of Pivotal Point Coaching, Judith A. Leibowitz is a senior Organization Development Consultant and Leadership Coach with expertise in organizational and group dynamics. She has an expertise in Women’s leadership, and coaches people to be successful with a sense of well-being as they pursue life’s challenges. Her life purpose is to be a healing presence turning values into action for a better world.

Her experience includes consulting in organizational and group dynamics, diversity and inclusion, leadership presence, resiliency, and effective communication to build authenticity and trust. She coaches executives and leaders, and individuals experiencing significant life transitions.

Judith was nicknamed “Juicy” when her great niece, as a four-year-old, said Aunt Judith.  Now, most people know her as Juice, and often create other derivations of the name, such as" Jucalicious". It is quite fun to be Juicy!  GetJuicy coaching is the name of her life transitions coaching practice for individuals who want to brighten their experiences and live more purposefully with zest.  

She holds an M.S. degree in Human Resource Development from American University/NTL Institute, a B.S. degree in Education from the University of Maryland. Her training also includes Coach certification from Success Unlimited Network (SUN), Certificate of Completion in the Percept Orientation, MBTI certification as well as years of experience in a range of personal development and resilience practices.  

Known for her creativity, humor and wit, Juice lives in Jacksonville, Florida where she enjoys creating healthy connections and being a part of various healing practices in the community.

Amber Mayes

Amber is a Senior Organization Development Consultant and Leadership Coach who has worked with clients from the corporate, government, and non profit sectors. In the past 23 years, Amber has developed a global leadership coaching and organization consulting practice that integrates issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her passion is coaching leaders in marginalized social identity groups to help them hone their authentic leadership style and navigate biased systems that tell them they are “not enough.”

 

Her specialty is helping leaders develop the awareness and skills necessary to be effective in today’s global, diverse world. Amber has taught courses such as Organization Behavior and Diversity and Inclusion Management at leading universities including Bentley College, Northeastern University, and Georgetown University. She has a BA from Harvard University, an MSOD from the American University/NTL Institute program in Organization Development, and an advanced certificate from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.

Amber is a stepmom of two incredible women and a proud auntie of the best 10-year-old on the planet! She lives in Northern California where she enjoys the outdoors, gardening and her dog, Teddy.
